Process


Love at first sight

After viewing our portfolio you have decided you HAVE to work with Moving Beauty! (I am so touched and honored.) You may have learned a bit about me, but to do this right, I have to get to know you! After you contact me, I will respond within 24 hours to set up a time to meet you. This meeting will be the most fun of all. We will look at all the inspiration you have been collecting and I will ask you lots of questions to get to know you and your spouse-to-be. This is also when we brainstorm ideas that will help take your wedding to the next level!

The Proposal

After we have met and I clear idea of your personality and what you are looking for, I will put together a cost estimate for the whole project. Depending on how intricate the design is, this process could take 1-2 weeks to turnaround. This will include cost for design, production, assembly, etc. This estimate will not cover postage or shipping & handling.

The Commitment

Once you have received your cost estimate it is your time to speak now or forever hold your peace about the direction we are headed. Once you’ve reviewed your quote and decide that Moving Beauty Studio is a good fit for you, I will send you an invoice for a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin the design process. You may pay via PayPal, Personal Check or Credit Card.

The Design Process

My design approach is to create a moodboard for you that features the main elements to your wedding. This could include a logo, typefaces, color palette, materials, etc. This will be the guidelines to all the other elements. The foundation to the style of your wedding. Once you have approved this, I will start to design your custom stationery. I will send you a PDF of all the items for you to easily review. We can set up a call and go over any tweaks that you may have until you are in love with the suite.

The part where you say, “Yes!”

I will provide one more final print ready proof for your review at the end of your round of revisions. This is your opportunity to give the invites one last look before it moves into production. You can make sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed and most importantly, all the names are spelled correctly!

Once your invitations are perfect in every way, I kindly ask that you e-mail me with an approval and I will send you an invoice for final payment.

Production & Delivery

After I receive your approval and the remaining balance we will start production. You can expect your order to be completed within 2–6 weeks, depending on the printing process, assembly and quantity of your order. Rush fees are available to expedite your printing. All orders that require shipping will be shipped out via FEDEX or USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order has shipped.
